Peak Week, Day 5
I slept OK again last night. It took me some time to fall asleep and I did slightly toss and turn throughout the night. I did have one of the best workouts I’ve had in over a month this morning! I did shoulders and arms followed by a 12 minute cardio session. After having my ketogenic re-feed yesterday and nearly 4200 cal, it made a huge difference in my workout.
Tomorrow is the big day! I’ll start off the day with the total body workout, followed by 10 minutes of cardio. After that, I will do a photo shoot and video montage of me doing bodybuilding poses, and that will complete this 27 week cut.
Today is also my 35th birthday! So happy birthday to me! Today, have achieved the best physique I’ve ever had in my life. This just goes to show, if you put in lots of hard work with nutrition, fitness, health, mental wellness, you can achieve anything in life.
