I dont believe he has a warrent out for his arrest yet. The PD is carefully trying to prepare his kidnapping / human trafficking case so they don't want to rush the warrent if the paperwork isn't done properly yet

he had a mask on, and also was a third party. they normally always chase the first party and don’t split off as back in the day they used to get bait and switched all the time with people who didn’t actually commit any crimes past running from the police.

He had a warrant because he blocked G6 from going into Snr buns and Police captain came and issued the warrant. But the warrant should have expired 2 days ago. From what he checked it is scuffed af. He checked it before tsunami it said "3 hours left" He checked it again in 2 minutes, still before tsunami, it said "16 minutes left"
