- mashed banana - 2 eggs (whisk into banana) - 1 cup baby oat cereal - 1 tsp hemp seeds - 1 cup warm peanut butter - 2 tbp maple syrup whisk, line tray with baking paper, oil hands, roll into balls, flatten with fork, bake at 180c for 15 min
