I've NEVER, in all the years of being in a family of cooks, and Bakers have seen ANYONE, Bang a tray of cookies and make them look so perfectly crackled. Your a Genius ! My only addition is to spray butter on top after crackling, and put back in a broiler at 500 degrees long enough to brown the crackled edges to a show case look. Cookies still come out chewy, but crunchy. Beso's to you and your Kitchen.

I love chewy cookie’s, to me they taste better. I also liked the sausage balls you made. With the taste you had, could they have like a sweet/sour sauce on them or a sweet chili sauce with grape jelly or cranberry orange sauce on them??
