@@hv.b.r Roast the peanuts on low flame till it gets golden color check the crunch this means it's perfectly roasted. If you roast it on high flame they'll be darker outside and remains raw inside.

What kind of blender did you use to make this? I tried a food processor and ran it for about 45 minutes and it never turned into butter. I then used a Bullit and that didn't turn it into butter. I'm stuck with a clumpy bunch of peanut flour.
