How many servings does this make?

I can’t really give an exact number as it all depends on how much rice you serve it with. In my household this make about 8 to 10 servings. Hope that helps 😊

I don’t see how much peanut butter and hot water to use.🤷🏽‍♀️

I used 2 and 1/2 cups of peanut butter and 2 liters of water. Keep in mind that the quantity depends on how thick you want the final result to be, and how tender your meat is to begin with. If you like your stew less thick, add less peanut butter or more water. If your meat takes longer to cook, add more water. I hope that helps
