I'm pretty sure the arm thing is planned, as it happens in a lot of shows (like Achmed falling apart). I CRIED the first time I watched this, pretty sure I came close to suffocating actually. I was laughing so hard I couldn’t breathe, couldn’t see because of the tears, was in a LOT of pain from lack of oxygen and muscle strain. 100% worth it though

The only reason I keep a Netflix subscription is for Jeff's shows. Doesn't back away from the "controversial topics" and calls it like the majority of us see it and makes us howl in the process. Amazing talent.
