Pre-heat the oven to 375-400F
Ingredients:
DOUGH
250g flour
150g butter
100g powdered sugar
30g powdered almonds
1 egg
FILLING
120g butter
120g sugar
120g powdered almonds
2 eggs
3 pears
Some butter for mold
Some sugar for sprinkling

thank you I believe I have found the recipe of the tarts from a french bakery here where I live. they are delicious but also very expensive...now thanks to you I shall be able to make them, some with raspberries also which is also delicious
