I was there. It was cold, it had been raining all day long and I seriously thought of going home. Thank god I didn't. What a performance. Pearl Jam still considers it to be one of their best shows ever.

Eddie Vedder, such a thoughtful low key ‘introverted’ guy in person … such an energised Animal on stage, tingling and sparking with righteous Anger, fury, rage, passion, aggression, ‘Extroveted’ Power !! So incongruous… 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

Pearl Jam is my favourite band EVER, until today, but honestly, nothing compares to those glorious days back in the 90's. it's just amazing to see them playing alive, it's such a good energy you get it from them, I just can't explain. And this song is one of my favourites! Eddie Vedder is the hottest man alive, but man... OH MAN! That long hair made him look so wild and sexy. *_*

@ioannispapadimitriou693812 жыл бұрын
Agreed. Judging from technical skill as far as playing their instruments are concerned alone, Pearl Jam are at least a million miles ahead. Mike McCready is an incredibly tasteful blues guitarist with chops that rival metal players, Stone is an extremely tight rhythm guitarist who uses unique chord syncopation and voicings & Jeff is a precise bassist with an awesome melodic sense. Same can't really be said for Kurt & Krist.

@ancestron16 жыл бұрын
yes. its a minor gripe. The chorus of this song is my favorite part though, and it was kinda disappointing not to be able to hear all the instruments, but nothing tops the energy of an early 90's pearl jam performance for sure.
@ancestron16 жыл бұрын
yes. thank you. You can't hear the chorus progression. Em, Bm, G, D. I think the second guitar plays this progression as well as the bass and it is also inaudible. All we are hearing is guitar 1.
