I have slowly but surely been swapping out my snare batters with remo fiberskyn diplomats.love how they feel under the hands,and they sound incredible. I'm not a hard hitter,and actually use Vic firth sd4 maple sticks in my studio. They give my snares the depth that I've been longing for.love these heads.

sd4 maples are one of my preferred sticks actually. Have gigged with them for years. Im using 8DNs at the moment but only because I couldn't get any sd4s last time I bought a brick. I think a lighter stick works better with that head. I couldn't use the Fiberskyn for everything, but it definitely works for me on certain drums.
