We get this down south here in Charleston every Sunday, contemporary gospel has nothing to compare to this good old soul stirring gospel our grand parents would sing when you’re around us since we were children. Come and visit any Church down here in Charleston SC on any given Sunday and trust me you won’t return home the same. Trust me with the contemporary gospel music that is sung in Churches now don’t compare

I remember how the Sisters worked in the Church Nursery and when the Spirit got high those Sister would come in to the Sanctuary and get the babies and small children. That kept them from possibly getting hurt if people started to shout. Wow Old School Church was the best. It was real. Though people weren't perfect as they are not perfect today it was more real to me because people tried they were more sincere in their efforts to serve the Lord The one thing I know I have to do is stay with God no matter what He has never changed. And He never will. But who can really know the Lord accept the Spirit and that Spirit is our connection to the Father. In these bodies that we live in are the Spirits that have been sent to do God's Will on Earth and give God Worship and Praise. LORD HELP ME TO CONTINUE TO FOCUS ON THE REAL PURPOSE OF LIVING THIS LIFE. NEVER LET ME FORGET THAT YOU ARE THAT REAL AND TRUE REASON FOR BEING HERE!!!🙏🏾🙏🏽🙏🏾🙏🏿🙏🏾

Reminds me of a little church "Red Hook Gospel Assembly" in Brooklyn N.Y, when they sang it was heavenly and when the Mama's prayed God came to the rescue. We were the only Hispanics in a black Gospel church and our pastor was a man sent from Virginia with his family to turn our neighbor upside down. And so he did we all lived in the projects and when someone needed a doctor pastor Hopkins sent for the Mama's and they prayed down heaven. Lol Bless your ministry where the words are preaching all about Jesus. Praise Him.

Now see this is how service used to be....Saints would sing the old songs of zion & those glorious hymns...It's sad tho how alot of ppl don't even know the hymns from our legacy, back when our grandmas & other black families needed to sing while toiling in those hot fields just to help time past!
