OMG My upbringing in church this was all I knew, When my mother joined a Baptist church I was lost in a strange land but I learned a lot. When I got old enough back to the holiness church I went....Thank God Christ was taught in both places.

I sure miss this in the days of when I got saved in my Cogic church. The saints use to sing to the power of God came down and different ones use to carry the same song. Just use to let the Lord have his way. I'm not stuck on religion and old moves of God, but we need to go back and pick up some of the jewels that we dropped along the way and shine them up and put them on display and use them again. In Jesus Name.

you are so right. I'm not stuck on the the old way either but I can't forget my foundation and where God has brought me from. I love the new songs we have now and the Spirit of the Lord is moving Afresh!! Sometimes its good to go back and get the Jewels like you said!! I was raise Apostolic Pentecostal and we had services like this ALL the time!!

@@angelabracy9479 I always try to figure out why the church changed I do remember when thought remember it was 97 and we went to a church convention they got ready to get up and they like no the praise them my mother told us no let's go and she talked about that the entire week we clinged to this way every church had to for us to go then my Aunt's got ordained as pastors and it was on and popping because they kept this and they buck every Sunday and be packed because people be missing this kind of service someone mention praise team in her church she shut them down and show them the door.

Boy, we had a time during these types of services as a child in COGIC. God met us and he filled us with the Holy Ghost, and I miss this so much! I am glad I went when I did. I got my time in because pay day is coming after while! Glory to God! Jesus, I want to see you and my daddy too!!

Well first off you would be confused because this is not a COGIC church this is an Apostolic Pentecostal faith church number 1 number 2 when you think about HIS return and seeing HIM face to face this is how PRAISE and testimony is supposed to be. This is a unified testimony that we as Apostolic's have because we strive to live a life style that will enable us to see HIM in our heavenly home and not to see HIM in wrath and judgement. So what you see here is a domino effect of the blessed hope that we hold true to in our faith.

Nostalgia is dangerous! It has its place but don't be so caught up on what it was or how it use to be! God is always doing a new thing. There is nothing wrong with the old church but there is nothing Wrong with the new church either. The hymn "A Charge to keep" says to serve this present age. I didn't type this for any negativity toward this video but to warn anyone of being caught up about the past. Concentrate on what "IS" instead of what "WAS"
