Terrible customer service. I've had enough issues with some kickstarters that I don't trust them anymore. I know it's not all of them, but it's enough that makes me wait until there's enough information available about the company to know that they're legit and will stand behind their product. I hope your video gets more mileage and spreads the word about a terrible company.

I just ordered a few suits from woodies Kickstarter. They did good with the pants and dress shirts. Hopefully the jackets are as good.
