Dr. Lada, DNP I just graduated with my AGACNP/FNP. I’m waiting to get a test date. I’m not sure if I’ll go back to get my DNP at this point 🤷🏻‍♀️ but who knows what the future will have for me. PS I also started as a LPN 😉

@@DrLada I have been following your channel for years now. You inspired me to go back to school and complete my degree a couple of years ago. Now I'm a first year 6th grade English teacher and I'm completing my master's degree this year and then I'm going for my doctorate. My family counted me out a long time ago because I was a single mom. But look at God! Hearing your story motivated me to go for it. So thank you for putting your story out there. Congratulations Dr. Lada! I graduated nursing school this year, sadly we didn’t receive a graduation or even a nurse pinning! Our school told us that they weren’t going to reschedule these events. :( so I understand the disappointment of not having a ceremony to celebrate your accomplishment.. however I just passed the NCLEX and just accepted my first nursing job! Something disgusting is that, despite her having put in a lot of effort to acquire her doctorate degree, she will still be barred from using the title Doctor in the clinical area, the reason being that a DNP degree is not a Medical doctorate!, I mean why the discrimination!

hey dr Lada!!!! hey girl so proud, i took off 5 months due to chronic pain and my mothers death, i need yo get back u inspire me, and i promised my mom, any advice?

mentally i cry every day and i need to get back she died from nursing home rehab, i know they aided in that...i need to do a project on dementia , she died from complications of vascular dementia. i became a consultant for two nursing home doing primary care....i need the DNP to give back and make sure no family suffers same fate as mine did

I am so sorry about your mom. I can’t begin to imagine the pain you must feel. This will be your 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁. There is so much research on dementia, I am sure you will be fine in that department. I will help you in any way I can. Are you on IG? Send me a DM so we can chat ❤️
