Abdullah ibn Abbas wasnt in Medina when the Prophet stayed in Abu ayyubs House. He ans His father were from the mustadhafin and they couldnt so hijra. Abbas was arrested in Badr And I think after the Fath of Makkah Ibn Abbas went to madina. So he only heared that the Prophet stayed in Abu ayyubs House Not remembered it.
