Usually po, presyo po ang nagdidikta ng demand at supply. (ex. kapag tumaas ang presyo ng blayblade o ng iba pang elastic goods , bumababa ang demand nito.)

Yung result ay mas malaki pa rin yung table r kesa sa r, therefore reject the null dapat. There is a positive correlation sa pagitan ng self confidence at exam score.

In this case, computed r (.61) is less than the critical value (.71). The decision is do not reject. Pero kung mas malaki ang computed r sa critical value (tabular value), ang tamang decision is reject Ho. Therefore, there is a positive correlation between self confidence and exam scores.

You can use pearson r in that type of study. But please do not use the term cause and effect because correlation does not mean causation. The only way to establish cause and effect is by performing an experiment. I think you need to be more specific in your research particularly with the variables. For example, I did a research about academic stress, thriving and well-being in the context of distance learning. I used pearson r and regression as my statistical analyses. I suggest that you specify your variable first by reading the literature. Then, you need to specify how you can measure your variable. After that, you will be able to determine the best statistical tool for your research question.
