I took the Nclex exam on 4/2/21 and right after the exam I cried because I felt like I did so bad. I took the maximum amount of questions (145) and after question 100 I found it so hard to concentrate because I felt so tired and discouraged ( bc the questions got harder and they just kept coming) . I was so devastated and on that night I did the pearsonvue trick and I got the good pop up (which definitely helped me feel more relieved) and two days later I got results that I passed !

Took my exam on 2-19-21 in 75 questions which took me about 2 hours to finish. I walked away from the testing center feeling very unsure about how I did on the exam. I followed your guide for the Pearson Vue trick and I got the "good pop-up" which helped my anxiety quite a bit lol. Two days after I took the NCLEX, I paid for the unofficial results and I let out a huge sigh of relief when it said I passed. So the PVT still works! Good luck to everyone taking the NCLEX!

I took the NCLEX yesterday and finished with 132 questions. Leaving the testing room I was not feeling confident and felt like I was guessing for a lot of the questions. I originally wasn’t going to do the PVT trick because I didn’t want a false result but I couldn’t wait more than 1 hour before trying it lol. I ended up getting the good pop-up but I knew I couldn’t celebrate until I got the official results. Today I went to my BON website and saw my license number posted before the 48 hours 🥳🥳. I am so relieved and thankful all the hard work was worth it. Good luck to everyone who is preparing to take the NCLEX! It is possible ☺️

Took mine this morning. Computer shut off after 75 questions. At first I just felt glad to be out of the testing center, then I had to call my mom, and then I shed a few tears on my way home convinced that I failed. I tried the trick twice and got the good pop up both times. Anxiety is lessened but fingers crossed for official results.

Oh that's a relief method I was really prepared myself by giving more time almost quit my job for 3 months to get more knowledge, skills, and confidence to test this NCLEX exam . I watched this video before and after my exam. I had 145 questions and did the Pearson Vue trick after I got into my car after the exam. I had not yet received the email from them about completion of the test, but when I checked I got the good pop up. After I received the email I did the trick again and received the good pop up again. I checked 3 more times after that, and still got the good pop up. I kept checking for the quick results being available and my board of nursing website for my license. About a day in a half later my license was posted to the BON website. So the Pearson Vue trick was accurate and worked for me.

So...I found out on another website where a person who used to work for Pearson told the reason the trick does not work at times for those who get the back popup and still pass. So, at the end of the exam, the computer will determine whether you pass or fail. If you pass, it puts a hold on you re-registering, and you get the good pop-up. Now, if the computer determines you fail, the block on scheduling another exam will not be there, but you may have still passed. This is because all tests are also hand graded after they are taken. At times, during the hand grading, they will toss out an item or two, leading some pople, though rarely, to pass after the computer determines they failed. If the computer determines you pass, they are only verifying the results, so the pass is never tossed out on hand grading the way a fail can be. This is why you will get an occasional person who gets the bad pop-up and still passes, but you never see a person with the good pop-up who actually failed.

I took it on Tuesday (in Indiana) and tried this trick 4 hours later and got the good pop-up. I'll apparently be able to purchase my unofficial results in 48 hours, so I'll be trying that later today, Thursday, at 3pm. I waited until I got the email and even a few more hours. I got the bad pop up, but today I looked and I did pass. So if you are someone who is freaking out, it doesn’t work for everyone so wait the 48 hours to check with the licensing board!

Sometimes you can get the "bad pop up" and still pass. The "bad pop" up is only about 85% accurate.

Hi Professor B!! The trick still works! I took my test yesterday. I ended up having to do all 145 + the survey. My eyes were so crossed by the end of the exam.... I didn’t even know there was an option to opt of the survey. I thought the survey is better fitting for nursing vs. this standardized test. But overall that test took alllllll of my confidence away. I walked out & felt like I wanted to throw up!! I did the PVT 45 mins afterwards & several times through the night. I got the good pop up. & my board confirmed it today with an email!!!! 🥳

This def worked! And I passed! I took my NCLEX Thursday, 9/23/21, did the PVT (and got the good pop-up) when I got the email an hour after completing my exam. Got my quick results yesterday, 9/25/21 - 46 hours (not 48) after my scheduled testing time. Also, I know Pearson says 48 “business” hours, but I got my quick results on a Saturday!

@@syedshahid6183 Tbh I didn’t use any books, I recently took my ATI Predictor Exam before taking the nclex so a lot of things were still fresh in my mind. I really just watched the Mark Klimek nclex review videos, but the 2 reviews of his that really helped me was the Prioritization/Management one and the lab values one. Good luck!!

It is working for my class. We’ve had 10 take it so far, me included, we all got the good pop up and we have all passed. I’m thankful it works because my nerves were shot already and then you have to wait for results. I did the PVT as soon as I got my email.. then I rechecked that night. Lol it was like a pregnancy test, one isn’t enough to give you confirmation.

Thanks for the helpful update! My test shut off at 75 (Aug 31, 2021), and I got "the good pop up." I attempted the "trick" a few hours after I received the pearson vue email congratulating me about taking my NCLEX (I got the email quickly, it came as soon as I was walking out to my car after the test). I heard that you have to get that email first before you try this trick, otherwise, it might not work (this may be because pearson vue hasn't processed your test yet...but again I got the email no more than 20 minutes after finishing my test). I will keep you posted!

Took 145 questions. Tons of SATA questions, priority, OB and peds. WASNT CONFIDENT I passed at all.... Wasn’t even an hour and I received the confirmation email that I took the NCLEX.. tried the trick and apparently I passed... but can’t be 100% happy yet lol I’m waiting till Friday to see if I really passed by the quick results.

Transitioned from broadcast journalism in 2020 to nursing. Started LPN program in jan 21. Graduated december 21. Seems like 80% from my 200 person graduating cohort has passed. So you can imagine how discouraged I feel about my slow pace. Took the test today, 4/25/2022. Never have I ever felt so worried after going to 145 questions. Got the good pop up after seeing the completion email. Just did the PVT 3 hours later and it worked with the good pop up again. I PRAY I PASS, but until then, pray for me lol

Was literally crying whole afternoon after the exam this morning and did the trick 2 hours after and turned out, i did it wrong my 1st trick attempt..Then came across to your video and redo the trick just minutes ago and got a good pop up..hoping and praying that after 48hours, it will officially shows that i really pass..got a relief after watching this video! Thanks for the step by step instructions..i still have more hours of agony waiting for the official result but atleast, i came through this and have at least sure hope i made it! 😇

I tried this twice. First time I entered my actual card info and I wasn’t able to re-register. The second time I entered incorrect card info and the website informed me they couldn’t process my card…….. I got my unofficial results two days later and I Passed.

The PVT definitely works. My NCLEX-RN test stopped at 80 questions, I tried to PVT about an hour later and I got the good pop up. I checked every hour (up until I got restricted from my Pearson account for inputting incorrect card info LOL) and received the good pop up every time. I checked the board of nursing website the next morning and I PASSED!

Took my exam Thursday oct 14th. Received my confirmation email a few mins after my exam. Did PVT when I got home(about an hr after getting email), got the good pop up. Continued to do it a gazillion times until that Saturday, continued to get good pop up. Exactly 49hrs after I took the exam I paid for quick results and found out that I passed. It def works

at 2:05 ( the first three questions) I put "no, no, no" and it was proceeded by the "good" pop-up saying "our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam, another registration cannot be made at this time". Check your BON! My license posted the following day even tho Pearson hasn’t updated. License is also on nursys.com, Pearson sends the results to them if you passed. Another way to double check within the first few days. you got it!!!
