There’s no problem using this exhaust for BS6 bike, But It cannot comply with BS6 sound restriction, so company decided to to label it for Bs3 and BS4 only to avoid legal issues., The bike shown in this video is BS6 only and its running fine till date..

Yes I can confirm it has db killer and ceramic wool as i have cut out the db killer myself, it is secured by allen bolt but one end of the bolt is welded, it is up to you to whether cut the weld and use the removeable db killer. Secondly, my bike was parked in a flooded area and silencer is completely drenched with water and the sound was like hollow exhaust for 2 days and then it completely restored to its original sound on drying, which would never happen in glass wool, glass wool just compresses and lose its sound quality once dipped in water, but this exhaust sounds the way when it was bought after two days of riding., so its filled with ceramic wool for sure..

@@abhaysharma1643 We dont have to replace the wool and there is no way to replace it, exhaust is completely sealed.. Sound wont change even after few years.. As far as fuel efficiency, its a surprise that peashooter returns better milage than stock exhaust of BS4.. I have switched to indori, bs3 exhaust, bs4 exhaust, and another short bottle from Paramount brand, and everytime i change the exhaust i end up with fitting Peashooter myself., So for me peashooter is perfect balance of fuel efficiency, thump and looks,, It sounds close to old stock exhaust at normal rpms and sounds close to red rooster at full throttle., hence u can always ride slow near cops and they wont even notice you., Even if they question you, you can show the underside of exhaust in which its stamped that, it is under Bs3/4 noise and pollution norms., Check my other videos on peashooter to get an idea on how it sounds.. in this video the quality of sound was not good enough..

@@abhaysharma1643 If you can buy Classic 350 stock exhaust from pre-2015 bikes definitely go for it (Make sure you hear the thump before purchasing) or else best bet is to go for Peashooter.. Stock exhaust made after 2015 and bs4 are not good.. and another choice would be stock offroad upswept exhaust, pretty rare to find, but better than both stock and peashooter in terms of sound quality..

If your bike is BS4 you cannot install it without that round connector… If your bike is Bs3, then use Anabond 666T max paste on joint .. apply thick paste .. it will set to rubber consistancy, Proper method is., Apply paste on both exhaust and mid pipe to 2 mm thickness, Insert the exhaust and tighten it to half., Let it dry over night 6-7 hrs.. tight it completely in the morning.. it will form air tight seal.. U can see how to apply the rtv glue on my another video..

Use Request Enquiry option from Official website, or ask them to arrange stock transfer, Its not even available in Chennai, I helped one of my friend to get it by stock transfer from Madurai. But Im not sure if they will transfer Inter state☹️. Better request Enquiry from site, they will definitely send stocks to your nearby showroom based on demand.

Yes Sir, You can fit it as I have seen Goldstar exhausts fitted in Cast iron Models., and this exhaust mouth have same diameter as of Goldstar.., But the stock clamp might not fit due to the length of midpipe, you have to buy universal clamp used for indori exhausts…, And also for Fitting you have to buy RE original BS4 Silencer Gasket which will be Rs.125, and Anabond 666 T max gasket maker glue., which will be Rs.50/- to avoid air leakage and for solid fitting.., If you have anyothet queries feel free to comment, I will be happy to respond soon!! Thank you for the Compliments Bro 🥰... If you can experiment, place an object 10 cm against exhaust pipe,.. you can see a significant increase in Sound.. The same thing happens only with Peashooter Endcap.. the end cap acts more or less like the Exhaust Rubber and Mud flap.. Hence, My suggestion would be that the Peashooter sounds louder compared to other exhausts... Once youre riding near Road dividers, you can feel the thump bouncing at your legs.. But with other three exhausts it sounds more like continuous Vrooom.. Rather than spaced Dug Dug Dug.. Please note that, I have removed DB killer even before installing the exhaust.. If you want perfectly legal exhaust with louder sound, Here are some choices.. (Some are only available in Second hand markets) 1. BS3 2012-2014 ERA Classic exhaust, preferably of 500.. It sounds way louder and Thumping.. Perfectly Legal.. 2. 2014-2017 ERA offroad exhaust.. It sounds one step louder than stock, still legal. 3. Tampering with Internal cores of the Stock exhaust (Not recommended, Not pleasurable) 4. Using Peashooter exhaust, without DB killer for Cop free places and DB killer for Cop infested areas 🎃... (As with my case) Mostly they wont stop Me. One special thing about Peashooter is, it wont sound loud untill 50% of throttle.. And beyond 50% it sounds like Bomb.. You can hear the echo elsewhere...

Hello Sir, Thanks for commenting., First of all you can find RE official exhaust only in RE showrooms, Hence you can contact the showroom in which you bought your bike.., If there is no stock, they can order it for you.. Secondly, due to RTO regulations, RE only officially supports BS3/4 bikes for this exhaust,, There is no issue/problems in using the exhaust in BS6 vehicle., still some showrooms will say, it is not compatible, without knowledge of the actual issue., So my advice would be, Purchase / order the exhaust from RE showroom/Service center and fix it from local mechanic., Finally., I have ridden both Red rooster and Peashooter back to back and observed that, apart from length and looks, There is no difference between the thump, bass and sound between Peashooter, Motowings and Redrooster., To compare peashooter is 3750 Motowings is 6500 Redrooster is 9800 I would go with peashooter anyday, unless you pick an exhaust for its looks.., There is no milage drop in Peashooter as its diameter is very small, provides enough back pressure.., Engine damage?? Since BS4 RE uses honeycomb catalytic converter in Midpipe, which removes the possibility of burnt valves,., So nothing to fear in this regard., If you want to maintain engine, Warm up the bike before rides, never accelerate/decelerate suddenly., And change oil at frequent intervals..

Its a direct fit for Classic, for Bullet and Electra as seen in my case, The bracket holder is little longer, hence the exhaust clamp will grab the edge of the endpipe.. We need to use RTV silicone glue to seal the gab,(i did that) or else Use after market bracket.. The exhaust joint looks like.. === ____ like this in bullet === While === _____ === Like this in classic.. Here = denotes exhaust, and _ denotes midpipe.. Long answer short.. It will fit, but needs little DIY with RTV sealent.. (Anabond 666 T)

With DB killer there wont be challan. Without DB killer if you make unnecessary noise then you may get challan... It gets as loud as 100DB on their faulty meters ( even stock exhaust gets over 95 DB) Just dont grab their attention. If u ride within 50 kmph nicely, its quieter than stock exhaust with sweet bassy thump. I havent faced challan issues yet, have crossed hundreds of police checkings

I heard it in person.. Peashooter end cap makes the sound thumping like mud flap.. Straight cut makes the sound just the bass, like Monster exhaust.. You can also hear the same sound when I test the exhaust without end cap in my other video... Straight cut sounds the same.. Only the Peashooter end cap produces Mud flap like thump.. 😅.. Others sounds just bassy..

Nice video, man 🤘 I have a DS C-500 BS-III. I know the official website says it isn't compatible for the 500s. I asked the service centres in my city and they said the same thing. Is it because the inlet shaft is different in diameter between 350s and 500s? I was told the 500s have a larger diameter hence not compatible. I'm sure we can use a collar or something to fit it well. Is this possible? Any idea of the problems I may face while trying to install this on my motorcycle? 🙏

Its compatible physically, you can use , Anabond 666 T max , gasket maker to seal the gab between exhaust mouth and midpipe, Bcoz i used Stock exhaust from DS 500 on my electra 350., its same dia.. One funny thing is, this exhaust is same as motowings and redrooster,, same dia , same exhaust packing, every body uses it in 500 cc classics., No one faces any issue or fitting issues.,

Yes.. In a positive way.. If you drive within sane limits.. Good milage when ridden sane, bad milage if ridden hard.. it can give both..

To be honest, Milage increased, when compared between stock and this exhaust ridden at 80kph straight.. It causes less strain to keep up in high speeds hence the increase in milage,.. But during frequent high rev shifts ( Bcoz of that rumbling sound) Milage decreases drastically.

You can absolutely use it😇. But please install it from Authorised service center and make sure the gasket is installed properly, as this exhaust is made for classic, and standard pillion footrest holder is slightly rear set, hence it needs proper installation to avoid air leaks. Use RTV silicone sealant on midpipe if required. (i faced slight air leakage from midpipe and used silicone sealant to solve the issue)

Depends on How hard you ride your bike bro.. It wont make noise untill 2/3rd twist of throttle, after that, its louder than a Redrooster.. Untill you ride sanely, you can always convince the cops that its legal.. never let them rev the bike..

Yes, its about Emission norms.. You can fit it physically and it will run just fine.. As Straight cut and slash cut exhausts got re introduced with New BS6 Meteor... It is Now BS6 compliant.. And fits BS6 Classic... But not updated in website I presume

First of all Thank you for your compliments Sir.. 🥰. Every exhaust is unique and I cannot point a single candidate.. As you like the Mix of Thump and Bass.. 1.If you want RE branded exhaust... Peashooter's end cap replicates that sharp treble sound produced by Mudflaps.. (Compared to other three end caps of same muffler) Rs.3600/- 2. If you want that "old school thump" Mostly treble and a mix of Bass.. (3 core doesnt has Bass, Single core or hollow ones doesnt sound good) Then go with 2 core Shortbottle.. Rs.2000/- 3. If you want that ear Blasting Bass and Thump None can beat Wildboar (Original) ( preferably reverse cone) Rs.5400/- (Stay away from Duplicates,. ORIGINAL ONE BEARS "WB" symbol with horns engraved) 4. And Finally, if you are into mild bass and Thump, and longeivity of exhaust You can go with Red rooster.. Rs.9800/- (You can get everything that Redrooster offers with Peashooter at half the price) Except for Size 😅 Please note that I have selected the best 4 among Endless list of Exhausts available.. You can choose yourself, based on your requirement and Budget... And about Cons,. Im bound to be honest.. Today I switched from peashooter to Stock exhaust. "DUE TO RAINS" Once water enters the exhaust due to flooded streets,.. The exhaust sounds like Punjabi Long bottle...🤣.. But fortunately it recovers once it gets heated (In glasswool exhausts, once water enters its done forever) But ceramic wool can recover after warming up.... Still if exhaust is wet, it will sound louder and Misfire a lot.. Hence Im going with stock during Monsoons.. It will be way loud without DB killer, for some places,..

In that sense Peashooter > SlashCut > Tapered > Straight Cut.. Peashooter end Cap amplifies the Treble and Thump a little Bit.. But with DB killer its not noticeable.. Sorry if I my answer couldnt satisfy your question😒 bro,.. I did heard every single one of them with and without DB killer.. End cap comes into play only if there is no DB killer.. otherwise the Sound muffling is done by DB killer and End cap doesnt make any difference at all.. The exhaust is compatible with TB 350, But you need to get TB specific exhaust bracket or Universal exhaust bracket used for Indori exhaust from aftermarket as the exhaust bracket of classic will not fit in thunderbird properly,, Better get it installed from the RE accessory store, they will have the necessary bracket with them.. First of all thank you for your valuable feedback sir.. 🥰 1) Yes its available in Full matte black and 2 other different combinations with chrome end cap.., costing Rs.3,600/- for full matte black.. 2) As per my experience, Triple core exhausts are less louder, decent and has less effect on engine life and milage.. ( Quality of each exhaust make differs irrespective of cores ) Two core can produce louder thump, but will affect both the engine and milage.. Please avoid, single core and Hollow exhausts.. "Quality chennai" Brand makes good exhausts its available all over India in local markets.. (not available online yet) If its not available, Swagman is better and available online.. For the next part.., Obviously Peashooter, as its designed by RE keeping newer gen UCE engines in mind.. It doesnt hampers performance, milage or longevity of the engine much.. Among these two, I will naturally Suggest Peashooter, as it has more merits.. Good design, rust free, no milage drop, Nice thump after few hundred kilometers of usage.. and so on..

Yes, You're right bro.. BS3 exhaust sounds great.. Check BS3 exhaust sound here kzbin.info/www/bejne/rZvMf4ivoreHmKM ..But this peashooter produces High Bassy note which BS3 stock doesn't.. I have Indori, BS3,BS4, offroad and Peashooter,. I Change them periodically, to enjoy every sound.. 😆🥰..
