Funny you mentioned wool as a component - I wondered about that when you were initially examining it and when you later suggested that it looks like it has not fully composted yet I thought you might be on to something. So far it is the Levington for me.

Could you make a video/ series about best diy recipes including the 'best' of these named products. As a fairly new gardener especially one trying to grow veg for first time I'm feeling quite despondent now. Would you get a load of compressed coir, perlite and controlled release pellets instead? Would that be enough for eg wisteria, tomatoes, cucumbers, roses etc.?
