#shubhi chopra cancelling out 9 is based on the principle of 9 point circle... that is "if we add 9 to any digit its digit sum will remain same... "" eg digit sum of 20 is 2 after adding 9,it'll become 29 and digit sum is 2+9=11= 1+1=2.....hope it will help u to understand...
