Hi, the smaller cab has a metal jewelry blank on the back, so that is what shows if you flip it over. I will probably write a tutorial for that one soon. I have the 40mm cabs for the trinket boxes in my Etsy store and you can buy the smaller sizes from Amazon. Thanks!
