Glad to see more Pebeo paints and that people are using iti more today. Ive been painting with Pebeo for 25 year so it's NOT a new product. Coasters I made 20 years ago still look as good as the day I made them .

I am using the Porcelain 150 paints on ceramic coasters. Is it sufficient to put it in the oven or can we also add a sealant? Would Mod Podge, clear acrylic sprays, or Envirotex help with making the items waterproof and scratch resistant if added after the items are removed from the oven? I know those are usually used with acrylic paints, but I am not sure if they will have a bad reaction with these Pebeo products

So I wait 7 days after I bake my plates in the oven to apply a resin or do I wait seven days after applying the resin for it to be safe to eat off of I just needed to clarify I was confused when you mentioned that

hi Jane... what did I do wrong when after baking my cups was everything good, using just hand wash, but today I realized after a couple of months with my nails I can scratch color off the surface. I did bake it exactly as instructed.

These are beautiful! I accidentally bought a bottle of this paint thinking it was alcohol ink - yay now I know what to do with it! I have a question - I have a teal color and would love to do a seahorse but dont want to attempt free handing a seahorse - is there anyway that I can transfer a picture of a seahorse on the pottery? Ive wanted to do this with glass but cant figure out how to transfer an image onto glass - any ideas?

Des produits que je connais parfaitement ! Ils sont excellents . Déçu de ne pas voir suffisamment de tutoriels français. Beaucoup de gens dans mon pays jugent les loisirs créatifs superflus ou n'osent pas échanger dans ce domaine. Et pourtant on peut faire de très belles choses !

Pebeo's website says Porcelaine 150 : Can the decorated objects be put in contact with food? No, only surfaces not intended for food contact may be decorated. So I am unsure, can I put this on a mug/plate that comes in contact with food or not?

I'd say the outside is fine, but the inside don't do it. That's why cups are good or things like them

Yes you can. You should sample the paint directly to see if you'll get poisoned before you begin painting. It's 50/50, some get poisoned others don't
