I lived in Delhi for 6 months, Now about 4 months in Pec Life in Chandigarh and Delhi is almost same in terms of everything Difference is , Chandigarh have peace , less pollution , hill stations at about1hr travel only So I felt Chandigarh better

If you are getting same branch then anyday DTU is better , But if you are getting Non circuital in DTU and Circuital in PEC , then PEC without any doubt Like EE in PEC will be far better than Mech in DTU(if concerned about placements)

@@dakshwood2574 in Pec there is a difference system These 4 branches 1.CSE 2.Data Science 3.ECE 4.EE All collectively are called circuital branch , and all students have same opportunities to sit in placements I too preferred PEC EE over UIET CSE [that i got in 1st round]
