The front of the gray Jeep pooping the bed while busting cyclones in the snow is such a Peck move, I showed my wife that and she said “what’s wrong with that guy” ! LOL. She then looks at me laughing my ass off and tells me once again that I should hang out with you guys because “I’m as big an idiot as those guys are” .

What about the sector shaft? Looked like you guys twisted it off at 24hr hell and back. Was looking forward to seeing that carnage and how you were going to remedy that. Possibly a sector shaft support? Also really looking forward to more of Brady's LJ coverage since I'm in the middle of my LJ build

East coast gear supply. They got me my drivers inner axle within 24 hrs when i broke mine, i had back to back weekend trips and i called monday just after lunch and it showed up before lunch tuesday... and im in canada. Because of that ill ALWAYS recommend them
@rnuovrcj58 ай бұрын
Just came here to say the same thing. East Coast Gear Supply is where it’s at for getting axle parts fast. I’m only a few hours away from them in NC and I usually have parts the next day even with normal shipping.

When using stock axles try tack welding the ujoint caps in four spots to keep them from moving in the axle and stub shaft. I had to do this with my stock TJ dana 30 after I put a locker in it, to avoid breaking stuff on almost every trip. I first tried full circle clips to hold the caps in place, but that didn't help.

Man i had same problems with starters in my jeep. Put a brand new crate engine in my jeep , new starter “Car Quest “ from advanced auto , 3 of the, left me stuck in 4 months, one never left the shop😂. Finally i got a “Wilson” starter been awesome for a cpl months now .. as bad as the drivers side was on Alex’s jeep , did you guys pull apart the passenger side also to check and see if anything is bent or wore ? 24 hour hell and back probably did damage on both sides , just sayin 🤷🏻♂️

@Joseph-vj1lo8 ай бұрын
@JeepLifeChris what would be the better choice out of the pro6 or flex era 4's? Not many running KC lights in Australia so hard to benchmark them in person 😅 mounted to pillar that is
@JeepLifeChris8 ай бұрын
@Joseph-vj1lo the Flex ERA 4 is typically a combo pattern. The top two lights in the 4 are spot and the bottom two are defused to give a fog pattern I believe. ERA 4 also has an amber backlight. The ERA 4 lens can be swapped. Alex is runnning the combo lens. The pro6 is spot beam. For an all purpose light, the ERA 4 might be a better choice. If you are wanting a spot light specific application, Pro 6 might be the better choice. I’m running KC Apollo 6 fogs on my bumper and KC Slimlites spot beam on the a pillars to get great light a long way down range.

35spline superduty outers aren’t the strongest things. You either have to go 40spline or go to the direct drive stubs. You can’t have 43s and not go full potatoe. I’ve had no issues with my 40spline stuff And definitely gonna keep blowing stock 1550 stuff
