Pedestrian Railroad Crossing | Peoria Station (East), Aurora, CO

Andrew and I came here to Peoria Station so I could get a better video of the mini crossings and RTD meet. I was able to do just that. Here we see an RTD A-Line meet!
The main reason I came here, as always, was for the crossings. We risked going past a "paid passengers only" sign and filmed these dwarf crossings. This crossing features a General SIgnals Type 2 E-Bell and two pairs of 4-inch gate lights. Second train warning boards are seen in action here.

If you do this again, I recommend you get this shot from the other side of the light rail tracks. Then you can get both light rail, commuter rail, and in rare cases, a freight train all in one shot. The reason I said this was b/c I heard the light rail going by behind you. I'm not telling you what to do. I'm just giving you a suggestion.
