Pediatric Immunization Schedule Mnemonics | Dates & Types Made Easy

Today’s video is all about Immunization Dates for Nursing Students and NCLEX Review.
Pediatric vaccine schedule mnemonic for the immunizations given to children ages 0-6 years.
The first mnemonic of remembering vaccine schedule comprises of age category and its vaccines. The pediatric vaccine schedule includes:
At birth: the baby receives the first dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine.
At two months: The second dose of Hepatitis B is administered together with the first doses of DTaP (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis), Hib (Haemophilus influenza type B), Polio PCV (pneumococcal conjugate vaccine) and RV (rotavirus)
At four months: The baby receives the second dose of DTaP, Hib, Polio, PCV and RV.
At six months: The baby will be given the third dose of Hepatitis B, DTap, Hib, Polio, PCV, and RV. The first dose of influenza virus is administered and then yearly afterwards.
At 12-18 months: The fourth doses of DTaP, Hib, and PCV are administered. The first doses of MMR and Varicella are given. Hepatitis A (2-dose series administered at 12 months and subsequently at 18 months).The second dose of Influenza (yearly) is also administered.
At 4-6 years old: The baby receives the fifth dose of DTaP, the fourth dose of Polio, the second dose of both the MMR and Varicella and the yearly Influenza.

I have a worry. My daughter had her most recent up to date vaccinations and 24 hours later i noticed a knot like a lump where the injection was. I have been very worried because it’s been 2 weeks and I don’t notice it getting smaller and she seems to feel a bit itchy there. Should I be worried?
