U should take him to hospital. Doctor will perform inspection of bow leg with X-ray or MRI. Dr will correct the problem with braces or surgery. After surgery child will be back to normal life. I am telling u this bcoz I also suffered with bow leg. I went through surgery in 1993 when I was 1.5 yrs old. I played all games in school. Living life normally. U should take him as soon as possible for treatment. If not treated early then it will worsen nd child will go through other major problems.
