First, I want to thank Everett's family for inviting me, a stranger, into their home to help others. Thank you so much. Everett has Down syndrome. He was born almost 2 months premature. He had corrective heart surgery and has a G-tube. He is also absolutely adorable. Join me as I follow Everett over time, providing pediatric physical therapy treatment recommendations to help him get stronger, faster, and more mobile. I first met him when he was 11.5 months old. I am so excited to see him grow and change over time.
These videos are not to replace in-person physical therapy. Individualized therapy is critical for a child's success. Nice video. Do you have any videos for babies born with congenital diastasis recti? My son is 6 month and is not rolling over, hasnt found his feet can't seat unsupported and no weight bearing in the legs . Am really worried . When on his back he can move in circles

Mam I hv been watching your videos since 2021 as my niece has got global developmental delay. Since birth she is undergoing physiotherapy for her low muscletone. She's 2.5 years now and have started walking clumsily when we hold both her hands. She is overwight (16.5 kgs)( height is 3 feet) and has got fat around her middle portion... i.e. tummy chest and back portion. We have reduced her carb and sugar intake but with no results. Please advice some exercise (and diet if possible ) for her.

I am so happy my videos have been helpful for you. In general, I recommend more movement and less caloric intake For weight loss. Unfortunately, I cannot give treatment recommendations for Child that I have not personally evaluated. I recommend you consult the dietitian if you want specific diet recommendations.
