Hi,How cn I diff Portal vein and hepatic artery with color Doppler ?

The portal vein is much larger than the portal vein. The hepatic artery is pulsatile and on spectral Doppler the portal vein will have a continuous venous waveform whereas the hepatic artery will have an arterial waveform.
