2:33 Goosebumps!!! Whole his life flashes thru this theme!! Those moments when you know..we know and most of all Pablo himself knows that the End is near!!! I must admit that you feel for him in these moments when Pablo has this Dad-Son fight..when he leaves the only remaining money for his Dad..when he returns to Medelin in the night and calls up Tata and later..best according to me..Speaks with imaginatory Gustavo!!! Best Direction and Best portrayal by the actors!!!

Sometimes the most loyal people you'll meet come out of nowhere. Everyone who was with pablo from the very beginning sold him out when things got rough. Limon showed up when the Medellin cartel was already declining and yet he managed to become Gustavo's replacement in such a short amount of time by betraying and using a girl he grew up with. I know the story isn't accurate to what happened in real life but regardless it's still a masterpiece. No other season will ever be able to compete with Pablo's. The new trailer for S4 is terrible. You can tell the that the production quality isn't even close to S1-2. They didn't even bother making an original theme that resembles Mexico, they just remixed the original theme with a shitty "mexican" instrumental theme.

It's so weird how a show can make you sympathize with one of the worst criminals to have ever existed. Even though he killed thousands, even though he made a bunch of lives worst, even though he blew up a bunch of places, even though he completely ignored certain aspects of justice and tried to use it for his own advantage... You can't help it but feel sorry for the guy at the end of his story, it's as if you passed a lifetime with that character and know him better than anyone, so you don't really wanna blame him for anything cause he wasn't all bad. You can appreciate the fact of how he saw Colombia as something to be improved upon and how he fought it (even if through very wrong ways) to change it, but ultimately failed. Either way it was really good to see Pablo Escobar's history and know a bit more about him. Also props to the brazilian actor Wagner Moura for interpreting him so well. (even though some would say his spanish wasn't all that good)
@andreagalli53576 жыл бұрын
I independently informed myself in detail about his history and discovered that the series was almost magnanimous towards Pablo Escobar. In reality, he was even more ruthless than he was told in the series. He was a mad criminal genius, probably the most complicated psychologically and for this reason perhaps the most "important", if one could say so, in the history of crime, but in an inversely proportional way he loved his family as few in the world perhaps. The coexistence of these two opposing souls in him has increased their fame and interest from the world.

I blame it on this and the "Narcos Prologue" theme man. These two music pieces were 90% of the reason for me to feel sorry for Pablo and Gustavo
@ian18855 жыл бұрын
The only reason that is, is because they potrayed him with elements we all can relate with, industrious, hard work, someone who takes no shit from anybody, and brotherhood. Which arguably can be seamlessly applied to both hero and anti hero. What they dont show you is he raping girls or sending for underage girls under threat of death. Or the families who suffered. Or him betraying his most loyal capos because he lusted over their assets. Or him blindfolding his son so that he cannot give him up if they are tortured. If they did show all these people will not idolize him as much.

A simple advice to all of you... Whenever you're in trouble, or in stress, or if you're friend betrays you, either boy/girlfriend, when the whole squad or group of people turns against you.. Then relax, turn on this music, close your eyes and remember Pablo how he remained strong when the whole world was against him , how he remained strong when he had only one guy left (Limo), how he remained strong when he lost everything, when his friends became his enemies, he fought till end. One reason he has my respect bcz he kept saying " Pablo needs to be respected".. a clear message that we all need to be respected, don't hang yourself around who does not respect you. Pablo did wrong but the world forced him to become a monster.. Keep your mind strong and your heart pure and be always Strong no matter what happens. 👍

Hearing this brings back all the moments we saw Pablo shift further and further into a darker position as profit turned to loss, to the last bills and last man standing with him. Putting yourself into that idea the music further creates the haunting atmosphere to the fact things may very well be over soon, and that he is alone in a time where all eyes are still on him. Narcos had me hooked, awesome song.
