The destination was the only shock. Ok, a few got in to the thinking he was staying but O'Neils words always suggested otherwise to me. A blinding player, everyone knows what he can do but we know the reality of his appearances and the injury record. I personally think it's wise, it's a reasonable fee and allows us to move on. Provided we don't lose RAN also I'm happy to go with it, Liverpool are still sniffing RAN I believe and we'd be mad to let him go too. Keep Chiqinho, Keep Mosquera, get a CB and a winger in and I think we're golden. I really believe we can push on nicely this season. COYW!!!!!!!

It's a reasonable deal for all parties. You hit the nail on the head, Chelsea can afford to manage his minutes. If he only plays 20/25 games a season then maybe they get good value. He is a terrific player, but if the money buys three or four we go again.

Promote Chiquino for me lads. There is a top player there, trust me - and he plays better down the right. Spend the money on a top class keeper and a back up striker instead.

That’s a good point about Chelsea being able to afford it, I thought the same, if it doesn’t work through injuries then they can absorb it without much bother, if he stays injury free they’ve got an elite world class player who can tear any defence in the world to shreds on his day.

Good luck to him. Chelsea apparently have 43 first team players, keeping them all happy will be difficult. Especially as they will have to name a squad of 25 ISH.

I think it's a good deal for wolves because of the injury problems he's had the past three seasons. It would be nice to see us use that money for a couple of new players but not convinced that will happen.

ridding goal scorers is the hardest thing to replace, just replacing him is actually easy ,its his goals we need replace , this wont just happen, always try an keep your best players .

Well it comes as no surprise as Neto was never going to stay. Mixed feelings- a good player with potential but honestly he has had a series of serious injuries and setbacks and missed a lot of matches . The deal looks OK for Wolves and with the sale of Kilman the Club has a healthy surplus form transfers which will be useful if we are going to bring a couple of quality players. Time to take the money and move on.

Fair price when you look at his injury record. His fitness record as he ages will not improve...look at Jota at Liverpool. Great players, just so injury prone.

The reality is Wolves are not a better side without Neto or Kilman. Looks like premiership survival is the nane of the game. Neto will always be an injury liability.
