I've heard this song like a thousand times now but I can't stop myself from playing it again as soon as it ends. I feel like somehow he captured a feeling inside me I never realized I had, its a sort of nostalgia mixed with loss and mellow contemplation of my life up to this point. It's great, thank you for this gift.

this song is so nostalgic to me. I would listen to this song back in 2018-2019 while riding up and down the long gravel driveway at my old house on my peace sign covered bike, i would listen to this song for hours while riding this short probably 25-50 feet of gravel by my house and never get bored. This song created nostalgia for me and i love it. All of david’s songs are beautiful storys that just are so perfect i can’t even explain it. Keep rocking !

Became a highway man moving in my car through the city since I got my actual job (which I hate). Every single day I see people cycling their legs off with big smiles in their faces and they make me miss my old cyclist days, when I was only worried about getting farther astride my bike instead of paying silly debts. Man, this song is touching.

We must have had some parallel creativity going on as the video for our single “If I Could” (which came out at around the same time) touches on a lot of similar themes. Something so Spielbergesque about cinematic shots of kids riding bikes. Love it, mad props to the creative team.
