I definitely need to dive into my Russian literature a bit more. Apart from the Metro series by Glukhovsky, I admit to being a bit lazy on that. But I definitely have a fair amount of Dostoevsky as well as a few from Nabokov and Tolstoy, which I keep telling myself to read and then I get distracted by something new and shiny. I might be a bit biased, but the Lord of the Rings books are amazing. As is the Hobbit and the Silmarillion, if you're interested in that. I am also a big fan of Greek Mythology. I blame the Percy Jackson series, but even as an adult, I love diving into it. It's always interesting to see how much Roman portrayals of their myths have influenced the retellings of the Greek myths as well. Your Meditations book definitely look better than the version I got. 😅

I would totally recommend grabbing more russian lit’, specially if it’s from the golden age, I haven’t read Glukhovsky, but I believe they will hit different. I am definitely interested in reading all of Tolkien’s books, I’ve already started on The Hobbit and TFOTR and absolutely love his writing! For greek mythology, it is interesting to see the blend of ancient and contemporary interpretations, but lately I’ve been trying to go back to the original sources and try to understand the original Homeric texts, which is easier said than done… Thank you for stopping by
