Back when Brampton/Peel Region was safe, clean & beautiful. So sad what became of Brampton. :(

Actually crime rate % per 100 000 of people is much lower today than in 1980s. So statistically it's a much more safer place today than back then. I know it isn't always fun to do research on past history of crime rate, it can be at times boring, so I understand why you thought otherwise.

Ya it's heavily brown now, but I would say it's still a safe place to live. It's when a lot of blacks move in to an area that you get problems.

Shopper's World (Steels And 10 ) Had a few cool moments As a young kid i remember it had a waterslide Called White water Years later I would skip school in Brampton And walk to the mall to the arcade And return to school for the bus back to Mississauaga ..My first time my head was every where looking for "School police" lol

Remember that arcade that was called Future World? Spent a lot quarters in there playing Tron and Tempest. I remember the waterside, that mall was actually pretty ahead of its time back in the day!
