I like the way you say when and what you do. Yes I too started this recipe writing from this year but targeting only naal khizhamai recipes only because rest of the days are mostly weird and weight loss recipes along with IF. How many vessels you have and how much you use it for daily use ? Wish to meet you in person to get more detail info regarding this. Even though I’m pretty good, still I try to learn more tips and tricks from all.

I too write the recipes from books,channels .....I have splited according to the categories and noted it...For eg.,Sweets --- January month of the diary ....karam feb,rice variety march,குழம்பு April, payasam May,pickles vadam June,veg curry July,.....podi,chutney ....this way it goes... One month for one category ....so easy to pick the needed recipe ...
