Sir ye flat bike kyo nhi balki GDA ke hai kai saal ho gye construction complete huye but abadi nhi ayi yaha. Koi reason to jarur hai jo ki 25 lakh me bhi nhi bik rhe aur kuch kh rhe hai ki price zayda hai flat ke hisab se18 se 20 lkh hona chaiye mai aya tha dekhne but kuch doubt tha ki yaha log kyo nhi rh rhe.

@@hindustahamara4922 actually in flats ke just back side GDA ke plots hai or. Ye plots 60 MTR se lekr 200 MTR tk hai.... Log yaha pr apna ghr bana ke reh rhe hai... Or saath hi bde Wale plots pr builders apna construction kr rhe hai or private builders ke flats ke rate bhi 25 lakhs se start hai....

The most important thing to know - the quality of construction is extremely bad. The reason being the poor supervision, low quality construction material and poor aminities. Better, invest your money at some better property.
