Im main kog ap and runes are a personal preference I guess, I can understand Ur choice to go phase rush to have a lil bit of mobility but I can say that after various games with different runes dark harvest it's the best (at least for me). It offers scaling into the late game and since phase rush after having the lil speed boost it's ended and u still have no mobility at this point it's better to burst enemies with the dark harvest scaling. I also like to play with luden/shadowflame into horizon focus to have more burst with the ult. Anyways thx for the content keep it up

Still get the feeling this does nothing an Orianna or Viktor doesnt do better. You have to be an absolute sniper with these abilities to get at best equal results.

Kogmaw is stronger in the VERY late game--a literal hypercarry. Orianna is stronger mid, Viktor is stronger early and mid. Powerful but not hypercarries. Orianna and Viktor offer more utility, and Kogmaw has tons more range. They're just different. There's a reason Orianna and Viktor are played more, but that doesn't mean Kogmaw can't solo carry games in challenger when in the hands of a skillshot master.
