One of my great friends literally was the stuntman for many of Denzel's scenes on those films. I still haven't seen them but I'm gonna watch em soon. My other friends played his work mates in the first one.

He's teaching at a highly conceptual level, which is fine if you're an experienced martial artist and know how to translate that into combat movements. For a beginner though, this is not useful.
