I mean, most who got it do make sense. Moon Cancer is literally describing what that being is, a cancer to the moon, which BB is. So Kiara would apply as one who did just that, and Jinako having been a part of the reverse side moon event that BB was a part of and actually survived, would somewhat qualify as well. Arc on the other hand, is the reincarnation of the incarnation of the Moon, so anything that applies to the moon likely applies to her as well, and really, that's the only class a non-berserker Arc would fit in.

Just wait for another lore bomb during LB7. Because NGL, the detail about The Mooncell itself which gave birth to Moon Cancer BB is still scarcely low. Even after a stretch, all other Moon Cancer so far has a connection to The Mooncell. And now, Type Earth manifest a special Moon Cancer class. What kind of connection does Arc have with Mooncell? All we know is Arc made a cameo in Fate Extra as a boss and how she just casually defied the rule and got out the battle after she lost. Maybe a Type is just too strong so she actually got nerfed as she got classified as a Moon Cancer, the closest class to her original spirit origin when she became a Servant? Which is why her Moon Cancer class card is special... Well, Kiara's Moon Cancer class card is also different... So I dunno lol. @@hibari759 You can use any support servant's NP in JP, this is a change that will get implemented into NA as well. Best partners for Himiko are "get" and "fucked" since she doesn't partner well with anyone properly. Himiko excels in the Himiko/Merlin/Castoria team that's incredibly strong at stalling out fights with their triple NP chain, but Himiko sucks dogwater in pretty much anything else. Her being a mix between dps and support was a curse. She does less damage than a real dps and has less support value than a real support, there's no reason to ever take her over someone else except for if you like Himiko and want her to snap your dick in half or something.
