I like her reactions to the characters, you can feel her inner simp leaking out. lol I absolutely hate watching people roll (I already have enough stress with my own rolls), so the clip is appreciated. I will never understand why people like to watch others empty their wallets until they get what they want in the gacha (at least now with the pity no stream will end in tragedy at least, of the financial kind I mean). If a F2P or a GSSR only player did a stream rolling I would be a bit more receptive to the idea since each roll has some weight and the consequences of each failed roll hurts. Not to mention that you can feel the tension as the currency counter goes down and down, and the dread starts to sink in... until luck strikes or despair sets in. For whales on the other hand reaching 0 only means to go to the shop to get more. Then again, it may be just my jealousy / salt speaking, I dunno.

one: it's established in-universe that actual gods and the likes cannot be summoned unless they limit their powers by quite a bit and find themselves proper containers to use. Ishtar and for example has both her Rin-appearance and an original one that is an homunculus. Because of this, despite being the same entity, they are two completely different people. Same for Ereshkigal, which would be a rather unpleasant one if not for the Rin influence. This is the "canon" reason for pulling this. The actual reason is probably to justify putting characters like Shirou, Rin and other OG members of the cast in a roster of characters easily without having to worry about retconning stuff. Also, fanservice. It is a gacha game after all.

@@bananasmoussestachio9017 not only gods, but also historical characters that are known but didn't do much so they're too weak if summoned in their original form, so they need a vessel, while Muramasa was a great black smith and the curse of his sword is well known, that's all he has for his name, he neither cut down a dragon nor did he bring victory after victory in great wars, he doesn't have much to his name besides his forge, so he needs a vessel, which is why he's a pseudo servant. but just like you said, that's just the canon reason, the real reason is as you mentioned last in your comment.

On top of it, there are the composite servants that are basically an amalgamation of multiple "characters" either summoned together or fused into one. Man, FGO really added quite a lot to the Fate-verse.
