Something clicked for her then but she couldn't place it until she started humming/singing the melody. I think she might have referred to the Subaru-Kiara collab not too long ago. The language choices are more of a manners question, in the sense of making the message easier to the recipient. If some Kiryukai can help Kaichou on this one, Pekora's job description is kind hard since it required Redstone, Sticky Pistons and lots of ice since her idea of a water slide is hard to do in Minecraft unless you use 3-4 wide ice roads with water flowing(to show the water part) Her idea is User Press Button and water comes out but flowing water is extremely slow so Ice Roads is a suitable substitute for her request

Only the usagi knows when will be the chaos begin, think about Pekora can fly for a rabbit, is a good sniper, made the materials there very cheap in order to create weapons of mass destruction (gatling arrows or the terrifying gatling TNT), can make booby traps, made a human gacha gacha (slave company then to a zombie factory) then saying it it's for Love & Peace. Nobody knows what is Pekora is thinking.

To be honest, it is up to many of people. When Moona and Reine started building it, many people in the chat thought it was a dog until Reine make a horn for it. Ollie also thought it was some kind of dog. To this day, everyone in the ID area and chat kinda joke about Moona creating some kind monster as the mall mascot.
