Pel Pro 130 Motor Swap

This is how I swapped out my exhaust blower motor on my Pel Pro 130. The reason I swapped it was because it started getting really noisy, not because it didn't work, it still worked fine. I was glad I did it tho. The old one was really dirty. Now Ill clean it up and keep it as a backup just in case. The only problem I had wit the swap was lining up the holes on the motor with the holes on the stove. They didn't match up very well. Watch the video to see what I did.
BTW I mistakenly said that the motor has 8 screws. It actually has 6.
