The weeds in the swamp didn't look as bad as the last time you fished it. Or was I wrong? The Bass you caught was a monster. Great catch!! Do you fish all of October and do you fish into November or is it to cold by then? The other question I have is how often do you restring your poles with new line? I have poles that are 10 years old with the same fishing line. I haven't fished with them because I figured I has to respool them. Thanks for the video. I'm looking forward to the Garage Mods coming! The weeds were pretty much gone on the surface. They were still under the water about 6 inches in the same spots as previous trips. I do normally hit it really hard in October. Great time to be on the water and can be really special if the fish are turned on and feeding. The 80 to 50 temps have really messed things up thus far in October here in Pa this season. I will still go out until around Nov 10th. After that I shut it down and head back to the workshop and garage. I normally re-line my reels at least at the beginning of every season. Some that get used a bunch will get a mid-season re-line. I have a bunch of mods in mind along with several product reviews coming up for Nov - Feb.
