How do you print a pattern on it after prepping??

If I am using my own template, I print and cut them out before I start the Pellon process.

Most of my design templates are cut 2.5"x3". Pellon's bolts are about 20" wide, so I like to make even numbers divided by 20" (2",2.5", 4", etc.). I'm flexible with the height.
