Robins sounds perfect for me as I ride the bike 5 or 6 days a week and want more upper body when I do strength workouts.I think I will start this on Monday with my new Power zone pack challenge.

I'm starting a PZP challenge next week myself and had good luck last time around going through Beginner Strength on my PZ off days. (have since graduated to the roll calls) Was looking at 3 day strength options for this challenge, and Robin's should actually fit the bill nicely.

I agree..Robyns program was great for me and I consider myself intermediate but I have exercised long enough in my life to understand the movements they are asking for and do not need a lot of explanation. But my strength level is def intermediate..not super strong.
