Dr manocha I had recurrent bacteial infection in urine + semen Urologist said its chronic prostatitis...after antibiotics culture gets negative but no relief in urine burning rectal burning sitting difficulty...superior n infrior hypogastric block was positive but rfa dint helped, botox in prostate dint helped ...what else could be tried.... Only thing which help is tramadol
