What a wonderful story of recovery! Yalda is a legit fighter ❤ I’m also doing kickboxing and I think practicing martial arts helps a lot mentally! Michael please keep these success stories going! I am dreaming of sharing my story one day too

Thanks and we appreciate the video, but what is the cure here. Am I missing something here.

It was not clearly stated; as Yalda was focusing in more on root causes and how she changed. The path is: 1. Relax - realize that there is nothing wrong with your body, and relax the nervous system 2. Reveal - see the root causes that are creating stress/tension 3. Release - let go of patterns of the mind/body with meditations/somatic practices/movement/journaling/life changes as you get back to joyful activites.

Hi micheal! What would you recommand for someone with low budget? Cant afford programs and stuff like that. I grasp the whole mind body theory but it is hard to use the theory for me

So...there are some great facebook groups and communities where people support one another at no cost. Yalda, for example, has a free mind-body healing support group that you can join. I believe that they do some monthly meetups virtually. Something like that would be awesome for you!

CPPS has been hard on me Michael, specifically the loss of sensitivity and feeling of incompetence down there. Sometimes I feel close to normal as possible and other days it’s very discouraging. I meditate whenever I’m able to, but besides that, what else can I do to heal?

I totally understand how hard it can be. Meditation helps you to interrupt the patterns of the mind. Also, reveal your "root causes" and begin letting them go. This could be letting go of personality tendencies, feeling emotions, having a hard conversation, changing your job, many possibilities. Also, do things that are joyful. If you need more support, I highly encourage that you do the Overcome program to have a coach, or find someone else. It's really worth it to have someone showing you the way and loving you every step. :)

Interesting was a fitness trainer for years, super fit now I got cpps for the second time. Had a back injury years ago, and wake up with low back pain. Thanks for the video, feel like half the person I used to be.

Yeah, the fitness level has less to do with it, and more personality tendencies/stress response, etc. -- keep following my videos and my program and you can let all of this go.

@@TransformPelvicHealth Changing habits, new habits exercise stretches and meditations? How long does this take to lessen or leave? Think the first time was six months and I walked for the most part.
