Pen Mail! Ranga fountain pens from India

Great pens. Happy to know that Indian pens are liked a lot, especially Ranga pens. I too am from India and I live in Chennai where Ranga has his factory. I wanted to visit his factory to try the pens with gold nib. Unfortunately because of the pandemic, I am not able to do so. But, I bought a beautiful Ranga pen from a store in Chennai which has a steel nib. I was amazed at the high quality finish. I am planning to go over to his small factory and buy a gold nib for this lovely pen.

Nice to see Ranga Pens avoiding use of plastic packaging. I am very fond of fountain pens Made in India. I like all of the pens you featured in this video. Hopefully there will be a follow up showing how the pens write. Based on looks I prefer the Giant Sugarcane model most of all. Large but less girth than the Giant Bamboo.

Don't worry David, I'll be reviewing all of the pens in this video fairly soon. I'm actually surprised that none of these pens are too girthy, but I will cover this in my upcoming reviews once I've had chance to do plenty of writing with them.

Warning!!! Ranga does not take returns or attempt to correct clear errors - While I received a beautiful pen it was clearly not even close to the colour I had chosen. The main response was that it was the colour I had chosen and no recourse was available - very saddened that I will not get to use a Ranga pen and I am now too afraid to make other colour choices
