This durian farm has a lot of rock under the durian trees, this give more and different mineral for the root to absorb deep under the ground from the rock layer. It will give extra flavour and taste to the fruit. You may compare the red prawn durian from normal durian farm without rock surrounding the old durian trees, the taste will be different.
