Day 2 started when we got ready at 5:00 AM in the morning for Karmajhiri gate jungle safari. This gate is ~1 hour distance from Turia gate which generally take ~1 hour.
If you follow Google Map, please make sure you ask some locals before entering the State Highway as sometimes it leads to a dead end.
The Safari experience was good. Though we didn't spot any tiger, but we spotted a Jackal in action. Apart from that the flora and fauna of this area really mesmerizes.
Mowgli's Den - This is one of the best and budget hotel near Turia Gate. Distance is only 2 Kms from the Safari starting point. Various types of rooms are there which comprises of 3 types of Cottages/Huts
Tariff -
* AC Cottages (where we stayed) - 4000/- INR per room per night
* Village Cottage - 5000/- INR per room per night
* Premium AC Cottage - 6000/- INR per room per night
The resort is quite big and well spread across vast area of land which gives you a feeling of staying inside jungle, amidst nature.
The evening safari was scheduled from 3:00 PM at Turia Gate. We witnessed many birds, a jackal enjoying its prey. Spotting of tiger is really difficult as the area we covered marks the area of 2-3 adult tigers. So, before booking online safari, please investigate recent tiger movements with help of any social media.

How to book a cab or taxi from turia gate to karmajhiri gate???

Mam, as distance is more than 20 kms and you have to hit the highway so definitely cab or self drive car is the option. You can contact the hotel for car book to be on safer side
